  • How much does it cost?
    I charge 15,000 yen per hour. I also have a 1 hour minimum. That means that if your tattoo takes less than an hour then it would still cost an hour.
  • What kind of payments do you accept?
    I only accept cash. I will give you a rough estimate of how long the tattoo will take before you come in. Make sure you bring enough cash to cover the cost of the tattoo.
  • Where are you located?
    I work from a private studio in Kobe, Japan near Motomachi station.
  • 日本語を話せますか？ Do you speak Japanese?
    日本語はあまり流暢ではありませんが、基本的な日本語は話すことができます。オーダーメイドの刺青をご希望の場合は、英語ができると最適です。お互いに理解できるように、お客様が望むデザインの刺青を作成できるよう心掛けたいと思っています。フラッシュデザインに関しては、それほど重要ではありません。デザインはすでに私が作成しているので、サイズと位置を理解するだけで十分です。 I can only speak a lower level of Japanese. Basic conversation is ok (depending on the topic), but I am far from fluent! For custom tattoo designs it is best if you can speak some English. It is important for us to be able to communicate well enough to understand your tattoo idea. For my flash designs this is less important since the designs are already created by me. We just need to understand size and location.
  • What do I need to do to prepare for a tattoo appointment?
    *Make sure you ate a full meal before coming in. *Shave the area where the tattoo will be. *Bring a snack or something to drink. Especially for longer sessions *Wear something that provides access to the area we are tattooing *For some areas it may be necessary to remove some of your clothing. It is a private room and not possible for anyone else to walk in during the session. *Wear clothes that you don't mind getting ink in.
  • Does it hurt?
    Yes. Tattoos can be painful and the level of pain depends on the location. However it is not too bad and I am happy to answer any specific questions you have about pain and locations.
  • Will you use numbing cream?
    No. I do not use numbing cream for tattooing. I can advise you on how to manage the pain.
  • Will you tattoo another artists work?
    Usually no. Unless you have permission from that artist and the art style is close enough to mine that I will be able to tattoo it well.
  • Can you redraw my sketch?
    Yes. Clients often provide me with a sketch of their idea. As long as the design is something that I can confidently do I am happy to rework it and refine the sketch.
  • Do you accept walk ins?
    No. I tattoo by reservation only.
  • Can I bring a friend?
    Yes, but please let me know in advance!
